About Gorvexa

Financial analysis,
taught properly.

We build structured learning around real tools — spreadsheets, dashboards, and software that analysts actually use. Based in Bloemfontein, our courses run online so learners across the region can attend without relocating.

What we actually do here

Practical over theoretical.

Gorvexa was set up in 2023 with one specific focus: helping people get comfortable with the software side of financial analysis. That means Excel-based modelling, Power BI dashboards, and tools like Bloomberg terminal navigation — not abstract theory.

Sessions are kept deliberately small. Group classes cap at twelve participants so instructors can address individual questions without the session losing momentum for everyone else.

Private lessons follow a different rhythm entirely. The learner sets the pace, chooses which tools to prioritise, and works through a path that reflects their actual job or study context. An accounts assistant learning to build variance reports has different needs than a postgraduate student preparing for CFA coursework.

We deliver everything online, which means learners from across the Free State and beyond can attend without commuting into the city centre. The instruction stays connected to local industry context — the kinds of reports, formats, and expectations common in South African financial environments.

The people who run the sessions

Three instructors with backgrounds in corporate finance, data visualisation, and educational design. Each course is built and taught by the same person — no hand-offs between content writer and live instructor.
